Description
GRIPSET 38 is a single part liquid rubber membrane compliant to AS/NZS 4858:2004, with CSIRO Technical Assessment No. 349. Developed by advanced polymer technology. Gripset 38 is flexible an elastomeric, displaying outstanding waterproofing features with low water vapour transmission properties and the ability to withstand permanently wet conditions without re-emulsification.

- Important: Drying times are based on ambient temperatures @ 23°C and 50% RH. Drying times may vary depending on ambient/surface temperatures, humidity, and substrate porosity. Drying/curing times will be extended in cooler conditions and periods of high relative humidity.

- Coverage:
- Gripset 38 application must comply with AS3740 Waterproofing Wet Areas in Residential Buildings
- Gripset 38 can be applied by brush, roller, spatula or spray unit
- Surfaces must be correctly prepared and primed
- Apply product at a minimum of 2 coats and at a total minimum coverage of 1.5L/m², forming a dried film thickness of 1.2mm
- Elastoproof Join Band is recommended bond breaker for wall/floor junctions
- Allow 24 hour drying before tiling or topping application. In cool conditions or on non-porous dense surfaces this may be prolonged.
