We want you to shop with absolute confidence. If you find a cheaper price at an Australian authorised dealer, we will happily match it subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Identical Match: The item must be identical in brand, model number, colour, and specific Australian configuration.
- In-Stock: The item must be physically in stock and available for immediate purchase at both the competitor’s store and Alliance Hardware.
- Total Cost: The matched price must include all total fulfillment costs, including GST and freight/handling charges to your delivery postcode.
- STIHL Products: Price matching for STIHL items applies exclusively if the competitor is an Authorised STIHL Dealer.
Exclusions:
- Marketplace or classified portals (including Amazon, eBay, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, and Bunnings Marketplace sellers).
- Liquidation sales, clearance events, stock dumps, or competitor pricing errors.
- Conditional offers, bundled/bonus deals, cashback incentives, promo coupons, or trade/wholesale contract pricing.
- Used, refurbished, ex-display, or damaged items.
- Commercial quantities, bulk acquisitions, or requests made by re-sellers.
Verification & Limits:
- We reserve the right to verify live pricing and stock availability before approval.
- Price match modifications are strictly capped at a maximum of one (1) single item per customer.
- Alliance Hardware retains full right of refusal if matching a price would result in a net capital loss below our product supply cost.
How to Submit a Price Match:
Visit the page of the product you’d like to submit a price match for, select “Submit Price Match” and enter your details, along with the competitor’s price and a link to their product page.
Our verification process is performed manually and will typically be finalised within 2 business hours, upon which you will receive communication outlining the result of the Price Match verification.
If successful, we will provide you with a coupon code to use at the Checkout for the product. This coupon may only be used for this transaction and will expire thereafter.
Alliance Hardware reserves the right to terminate or amend the price match policy at any time without notice.
