The STIHL FUNCTION Basic helmet set is suitable as an entry-level model for occasional users and domestic users. This helmet is equipped with a durable nylon mesh and ventilated by means of slits, making it very comfortable to wear. To be able to use it even in rain, you can also equip this helmet with optionally available STIHL rain protection. The STIHL FUNCTION Basic helmet set is available with ear protection with an insulation rating of SNR 27 and 6-point interior fittings which make it easy to adjust the STIHL helmet to your head. The light transmission of this visor is 61%. This helmet set has a rain drain.

Helmet ventilation ensures a better and cooler internal climate for your helmet, allowing you to work comfortably even on hot days. The ventilation openings are distributed over the entire helmet shell and create very good air circulation. This allows heat and moisture to escape better. - Nylon Mesh
The nylon mesh protects your face from twigs, chips and small splinters during work. The flexible material is at reduced risk of breakage, which increases the service life of your face protection. Medium light transmission ensures good visibility. Please note that face protection cannot replace eye protection (safety glasses).
