The Guhring 5743 is a high-performance solid carbide slot drill (end mill) from the SuperLine (SL) range, specifically engineered for machining aluminium and other non-ferrous metals. It is a long-series, 2-fluted milling tool featuring a 45° helix angle and a bright (uncoated) finish. Part of the “Type W” tool category, it is optimized for soft, long-chipping materials, ensuring excellent surface finishes and efficient chip evacuation even in deep milling applications.
